Healthy breakfast (1 hour)
Exercise (Between 30 – 60 minutes
Achieve optimal productivity by the following

Based weekly meeting to discuss everyone’s week’s goals and general catch-up (1 hour)

CoWorking (For how long it takes to complete your day’s goals)

Group Lunch (1-2 Hours)

Networking Event or Workshop (if available)
Unwind and relax
Group Dinner
Local community work (We want our retreats to be as sustainable as possible so we encourage activities to give back to the local community and embrace local culture)

Technical cleanse (it is important to switch off and be in the present so we encourage no technology is used for the morning – You would be surprised how beneficial this is!)
Life should be an adventure, so every weekend day adventures will be organised
Adventure (listed on the retreat web pages)
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!
Party! (Based either organises great villa pool parties if possible otherwise we just head out to the best places to sample the local nightlife – whatever the group prefers)
